2014-01-14 Whilst performing flight JL-17 from Vancouver to Tokyo Narita with 166 people on board was enroute at FL410 approx. 150nm northeast of Tokyo Narita when the number 2 - right hand engine had failed. They drifted down to FL210 and landed safely on runway 34L approx. 50 minutes later.
