2014-01-30 | Whilst performing flight AI-116D from Mumbai to Delhi, with 226 pax and 12 crew, took off from runway 14 contacted Mumbai Approach and was cleared to climb ?expeditiously? to FL070. Whilst climbing through 3,700 ft the crew received TCAS resolution advisory to descend, the crew complied with this and once cleared continued the climb. Aircraft continued to Delhi for a safe landing. The Aircraft had previously diverted as flight AT-116 from London Heathrow the previous day into Mumbai and remained on the ground for approx. 6 hours. The aircraft which was involved was VT-TLE a private aircraft. This aircraft had departed Juhu Aerodrome and was in contact with ATC ? Mumbai Approach and was instructed to cross the departure path at 3,000ft, however the pilot reported he was at 3,700ft and ATC did not correct the readback. | C18Y238 |
