The aircraft was performing flight UA35 from San Francisco top Osaka, with 209 Passengers and 13 crew on board when the flight crew had an indication of a low pressure warning for a tyre on the right hand main Landing Gear. The aircraft landed safely in Osaka on runway 06L with emergency crews in attendance. One tyre was found to be deflated.

The aircraft was performing flight UA139 from Denver to Tokyo Narita was cruising at FL400 over the Bering Sea at a position of approx. 500m west of Anchorage when they diverted due an abnormal flaps indication. The aircraft burned off fuel and landed on runway 07R at extremely high speed. (190knots) and then reported hot brakes on the right hand-side of the aircraft.

Returned to service after battery repairs, perform flight UA6880 (Houston to San Antonio)
