After take off on flight BY659 from Cancun to Bristol aircraft suffered another slat failure causing the aircraft to dump fuel and return to Cancun. Aircraft was grounded for repairs

Whilst performing flight BY-108 from Manchester to Bridgetown the aircraft was accelerating for take off from Manchester's Runway 23R when the crew rejected the take off at high speed (84knts). The aircraft slowed and stopped on the runway, emergency services attended the aircraft after the control tower has reported smoke emanating from the main landing gear. The aircraft was disabled on the runway but was towed to the stand where it was repaired and departed with a delay of 3 hours 20 minutes
