The advised ATC of an issue with the landing gear being unable to retract. The aircraft continued on its path to Cancun but the crew decided to return to Brussels, they climbed the Aircraft to FL150 for a fuel dup over the North Sea, and landed 90 minutes after departure on Runway 07L at Brussels.
